01Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and odin188 ("Platform", "We", "odin188"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the odin188 website, mobile app, and all related services provided by our platform.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Odin188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via multiple supported payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set based on the chosen payment method and member account level. Deposits are typically credited to your odin188 account within minutes of payment confirmation. odin188 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed to the same or associated bank account or digital wallet used for your original deposit. Processing time is typically within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected method and your account's KYC verification status.

• All withdrawals are subject to successful full identity verification (KYC).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the odin188 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

10Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

11Account Closure & Suspension

Odin188 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a breach, odin188 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and wins associated with the breaching activity. For closures requested by the member, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
